Zobel CRM End-User License Agreement

Terms for people authorized to use the yacht-management CRM.

Effective October 23, 2026

Who may use the CRM

Zobel Yacht & Boat LLC ("Zobel Yachts") provides the Zobel CRM to authorized team members, vendors, and technicians for Zobel-related yacht-management work. You may use the CRM only while Zobel has given you an active account and the permissions needed for your role. These terms supplement any signed employment, vendor, customer, or service agreement; a signed agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Limited permission to use the service

Subject to these terms, Zobel grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable permission to use the CRM for authorized business activities. The CRM, its software, design, and documentation remain the property of Zobel or its licensors. Access to a record does not grant ownership of that record or permission to reuse it outside the assigned work.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your sign-in credentials and authenticator secure. Do not share an account, attempt to bypass access controls, inspect another vendor's information, or access a vessel or work order that has not been assigned or approved for you. Provide accurate work records, use the service lawfully, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access to Zobel.

Work records and approvals

Submitting a work log, photo, receipt, recommendation, or invoice does not itself authorize additional work, confirm acceptance, or create a right to payment. Zobel's management review, approvals, and any signed service agreement govern those decisions. Users remain responsible for the accuracy and rights to the information and files they submit.

QuickBooks Online connection

Only a Zobel administrator may connect a QuickBooks Online company or initiate an invoice export. The administrator must have authority from that company to grant access and must review customer, service item, invoice, tax, and accounting details before export. The current connection supports reviewed customer invoice exports; it does not automatically post every CRM invoice or track payment. Intuit's own terms also apply to use of QuickBooks Online.

Information and service availability

How Zobel handles personal and QuickBooks-connected information is described in the Zobel CRM Privacy Policy. We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue features as needed for operations or security. The CRM is an administrative tool; it does not replace vessel-safety procedures, professional accounting advice, or the terms of a signed service contract.

Ending access and updates

Zobel may limit or end access when an assignment ends, a role changes, or an account is misused. You should stop using the CRM when access is withdrawn. We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date here. Continued use after notice of a change means you accept the revised terms, subject to any signed agreement that controls your relationship with Zobel.
